Dear Dave,
Now that the dust has settled from the Maytag meeting that
was held the end of May over at Saddlebrook, I wanted to write to you and let
you know what an outstanding job you and your team did. You are very
professional in every way. We really challenged you with our photographic and
video needs but you not only met our expectations, you exceeded them.
You delivered over 1,100 8x10 photos overnight and on time. And let me say that
the photography was exceptional. The exposures and framing were perfect. Those
photos really surprised our attendees and really had them talking!
The
videotape was a huge hit. Again, people were just amazed that we could pull off
a production like that overnight and your team did it! It was wxactly what my
boss was looking for.
Your patience, attention to detail and technical
knowledge are a powerful combination that spells success for you and your
company in the future. You can bet that if I do another meeting in Florida and
need photo services, I will call you. You maintain the same high standards of
quality that Maytag does, so you are a perfect fit for our organization.
